How redemption works

Points build tiers. Credits pay the bill.

  • Points move you up the tier ladder — they are not a checkout coupon.
  • Service credits (from tier-ups and rewards) apply as dollars toward invoices.
  • In the client portal, open Loyalty and apply credit to any open invoice in one click.
  • Remaining balances pay online as usual through the portal.
